The Reset Method A personalised 8-week 1:1 nervous system reset for stress, burnout & emotional overwhelm. This tailored coaching experience helps you regulate your nervous system and shift out of chronic stress patterns using evidence-informed breathwork, body-based practices, and coaching support. We use the science of breath and nervous system regulation to support your body in moving into a calmer, more grounded state. Everything is adapted to your needs each week. Includes: - 8 x 1:1 coaching sessions - Nervous system education & regulation tools - Breathwork techniques informed by breath physiology - Grounding and body-based practices - Personalised support between sessions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Norfolk Mind & Body At Norfolk Mind & Body, I understand that life can be unpredictable. These terms are here to support a respectful, clear, and flexible relationship between us as we work together on your goals — whether you're training from the coast or connecting online from afar. PLEASE NOTE YOUR SESSION IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE 1. Session Cancellations • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full or deducted from your package. • In cases of emergency or illness, I understand things happen — just let me know as soon as possible. • If I ever need to cancel or reschedule, I’ll provide as much notice as I can and offer a suitable alternative. 2. Rescheduling • Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice via email or text. • Frequent rescheduling may impact your progress and could result in loss of priority scheduling. 3. Refunds • Once coaching has begun, sessions are non-refundable. • If you’ve purchased a package and haven’t used all your sessions, unused sessions may be held as credit (valid for 3 months) or transferred to someone else upon agreement. 4. Commitment to the Process • This is a shared commitment — showing up consistently and with intention will support your success. • If you’re struggling to stay on track, reach out.
